Peru has a rich history of fantastic coffee growers, who work hard to highlight the regions great soil and climate that produces flavorful coffee. The Aprocassi Cooperative was founded in 2000 in response to mining companies buying up more land to shore up their stores of silver and gold. With the small producing farmers united, they have been effective at conserving the land and ecosystem.
