Located in the southern highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico, the coffee is grown and harvested by a community of 71 small producers. These producers are overseen by a coffee cooperative by the name of Sicobi.
 
Sicobi stands for Sistema Comunitario para el Resguardo y Manejo de la Biodiversidad (Community System for Protecting and Managing Biodiversity) and they are dedicated to working on sustainable growing practices.
